Life Ok Devon Ke Dev Mahadev Serial Was Earlier
The serial was earlier titled Sati, for Star Plus, but then it was handed over to Life OK, a new channel. Raja Daksh (Surendra Pal), who has deeply hurt Lord Shiva, arranges a Mahayagna where the seven sages are invited. This is the story of Lord Shiva and Sati. Devon ke dev Mahadev is a Beautiful Tv Serial On Life OK, India.
This one, I started re-watching it since the beginning of the first lock down in 2020 and finished it on 15th September, 2020. Before that it was B.R.Chopra's Mahabharata serial & Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan and Krishna. Hadn't watched any TV Serial that of our history after the 1997 TV serial 'Om Namah Shivaay'.
Life Ok Devon Ke Dev Mahadev Series In One
Everything that happens, everything that happened and that will happen, happens only so that we learn from it. The story needs to be patiently heard for nothing happens without reason. The show has some brilliant dialogues that one needs to have as a short series in one's phone because listening to them (and in Mohit's voice) might help us in dealing our hectic/ sad/ down/ lonely lives, our problems, our actions & reactions, shaping ours & our next generations' characters. It brought some good sleep over a few nights too. Watching this serial made me feel light, calm and, in trance. No, it wasn't the dialogue but it was a feeling of emptiness that I feared was gaining on me as this show was getting over.
In March 2020, it re-aired on Star Plus amid the Corona outbreak.Sonarika Bhadoria(Dec 3,1993) is a new face in TV.She is played the lead role of Abhilasha in a TV show named Tum Dena Saath Mera which aired on a new channel Life OK. So many beautiful songs where probably 'Karpuragauram.' makes Shiva's presence beside you more preciser.Devon Ke Dev Mahadev is a mythological Indian television series, which originally premiered on Life OK on 18 December 2011. The music is soul healing. Every time he speaks I would do 'nazar na lage' on him, over my screen. Alpesh who plays Ganesha has a soothing voice. It is slightly irritating that some actors had to be replaced for one reason or the other be it Parvati, Saraswati, Indra and many more.

This isn't a story or mythology it is our beautiful history. This is the best serial ever made. Om Namah Shivaaya.I never write reviews but I have to write this one.

Few events in the last two years have changed things in personal space, and it was the partial restriction due to CoVID that made me catch a tune of the series on Youtube. It is composed by divine classical artists of our country pt.rajan and sajan Mishra pt jasraj.I have no idea how I ended up watching a TV series, that too a devotional one. Just go watch this amazing divine series.
I have no words to express how good the entire crew has been. In any case the first episode of DKDM and I kept on watching, 22 minutes per episode flew like feathers in the sky, and two days back I finished 820 episodes on my mobile n laptop, because I dont even use my television.Very few things can be said about DKDM to match the aura and the grace with which the series is put together. Of course, Mohit has killer looks and looks like a genuinely good person who is grossly underrated somehow.
I dont want it to be that but I feel Mahadev will be the career defining role of this fantastic and incredibly good looking man. But in my opinion the makers should have stuck with one Parvati ( Sonarika did a fantastic job and they looked great.even Pooja Bose became more comfortable later.)And finally, Mohit Raina. Kartik and his insecurities, his deep love for his mother, Ganesha and his infinite wisdom n devotion to his father.and Sourabh Raj Jain playing Vishnu like a pro and R K Dutt Ji playing Brahma, with his entire mannerism of one affable n spirited man in a white wig.Sonarika n Pooja were fanstastic in their roles as was Mouni in her role of Sati. He is perhaps the only person who has managed to take the attention away from Mahadev.
I wish Mohit Raina all the best in life. When he gets derided by his wife (which occurs often) u realize Shiva is also the bell of the temple, for everyone to strike by.but the magic of his voice is still going to purify everything around. There are times when he appears u feel Shiva is actually present.
I frequently listen to the extended loop of Karpura Gouram before I sleep, and deva deva mahadev, the final track is one of the most intense spiritual experiences one can have to an Indian television music.Even if one is not spiritual, just watch it for the sake of knowing what needs to be done to keep a blissful married life. The compositions are fantastic, the mridangam and tabla are just unrivalled and the Veena sequence feels like Mahadev actually sat inside the artist and played trough his fingers. I also wish te talented cast a very very successful career.I have to give my pranams to the music department.
